PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICE
The Property Management Department offers a professional service aimed at maximising the return on a property. This task, involving a multitude of aspects, requires the dedication of experienced Spanish/English/German speaking person and the close collaboration with other professionals.
We will hold the key of your property and by supervising the repair and condition of installations, we are able to react quickly and cut short any problem or anticipate any major breakdown which, in the long run, translates into a considerable saving for the landlord. The landlord is informed on a regular basis of all details concerning the building and progress reports on the income and expenditure budget.

* This is based in 10€ per week. When the property is rented, it will not be charged any amount.
** It is not included the house cleaning and the pool maintenance. The pool maintenance is done by an independent registered pool maintenance company “Clear Water”, and paid into a separate account.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE SERVICE
This service can be used for either people who live in Spain permanently or just come every now and then to make use of their property, but because of the language barrier fail in contacting a professional in order to do any repair or find a supply. So we would organise by phone any appointment required. We can go personally when our presence is required. In this case we do not hold any key for your property.
